Description: During the childbirth preparation course, there is ample opportunity to optimally prepare for childbirth and strengthen your confidence in your own body. We will have plenty of time to address all your questions, myths, and wishes in a comfortable atmosphere. Knowledge about childbirth provides you with valuable guidance, similar to a mountaineer who prepares thoroughly for a major climb.

Preparing for childbirth
Stages of labor and the mechanics of birth
